How do I order?
Easy! Select the product, add to cart, and proceed to checkout. If you chose to pay via bank deposit, PayMaya or GCash, just email us proof of payment and we'll process your order once payment is confirmed. For Cash-on-Delivery, our customer support will contact you to verify your order. Once verified and eligible for Cash-on-Delivery option, we will proceed with processing your order.
For bulk/wholesale or international shipping, you may email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and our team would be more than willing to process your order manually.
What mode of payment do you accept?
We accept payments through PayPal, Credit Card, Bank Deposit and/or Bank Transfer, PayMaya, GCash and Cash-on-Delivery.
For Bank Deposit/Bank Transfer, PayMaya and GCash, kindly note that your order will only be valid within 48 hours. Please deposit/transfer your payment immediately and send us the proof of payment via email at email@example.com or any of our social media channels.
Cash on Delivery option is only valid for Davao City only. Our customer support will contact you to verify your order. Once verified and eligible for Cash-on-Delivery option, we will proceed with processing your order.
Can I still change my order?
You may still cancel/change your order if you haven't completed the payment. Once payment is verified, cancelling or changing your order should be communicated to us immediately. We cannot guarantee that we change your order but we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please email us firstname.lastname@example.org.
When will you ship my order?
Please give us 1-2 working days to confirm your payment and process your order. We only process an order once payment is confirmed. We'll ship your order and notify you of the tracking number through email.
Estimated Delivery Timeline
Davao Region: 3-5 Business Days
Non Davao Region: 3-10 Business Days
Advisory: During this time of ECQ/GCQ, we use different couriers like LBC, Xpost, J&T Express etc. However we ask for patience and understanding due to delivery delays that is out of our control. Estimated Delivery Timeline maybe longer than usual.
Please note that we do not process, ship or deliver orders on Sundays and special/non-working holidays.

Yes we do! We offer local pick up and delivery within Davao City.

Where does your cacao come from?
Our cacao beans are grown from our own farm in Calinan, Davao City. We also supplement our supply by working with different small-holder farmers and farmer cooperatives in Davao City.
Where are your products manufactured?
Cacao Culture Farms' products are proudly grown, harvested and processed in Davao City, the Chocolate Capital of the Philippines.
Are your products milk/dairy free?
Most of our products are dairy free. We specify the ingredients for all our products to help you decide if you have dietary restrictions.

How do i earn points?
Every time you purchase on our website, you automatically earn points. As long as you have provided your mobile number during the checkout process, you will receive an SMS notification of the points you have earned. It's that easy!
How do i know how many points i got?
You will receive an SMS notification every time you earn points. Alternatively, you may visit our website to check your points. Click on the REWARDS icon on the right hand side of the screen and input your mobile number. Enter the OTP (one-time pin) sent to your mobile and you'll see your available points and coupons.
How do i redeem my points?
On our website, click on the REWARDS icon on the right hand side of the screen and input your mobile number. Enter the OTP (one-time pin) sent to your mobile and you'll see your available points. Input the amount of points you want to redeem to convert it into a discount coupon. Points are now converted into coupon which you can use or cancel anytime.
How do i use my discount coupon?
On our website, click on the REWARDS icon on the right hand side of the screen and input your mobile number. Enter the OTP (one-time pin) sent to your mobile and you'll see your available coupons. Click on use and proceed with choosing the product/s you want to buy and add to cart. Upon checkout, you will see the coupon automatically applied and the amount of the coupon automatically deducted on your total order.
